The Santa Monica Open Beach Touch Rugby
The Santa Monica Open Beach Touch Rugby Tournament - held on the white thick sands of Santa Monica - was a massive success on the weekend.
This was the 2nd annual Beach Open - with the legendary Beachboks claiming the 2014 title - much like they did the previous year. The Beachboks defeated the Hoodz from San Diego, with the Fighting Nicholas Cages winning the social division.
Canterbury entered a staff team in the social division - and finished in the top 5 - with plenty of great photos from the event to be published soon. Several groups took part in the Canterbury Jersey Challenge - with some great videos to be uploaded soon!
Special thanks to the organizers of the Santa Monica Beach event!
Our American Flag headgear was a big hit - as were the Mobot water bottles!
